Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite – Ivanhoe Village, Orlando
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays (approximately 20 hours per week; hours may flex based on business needs)
Reports To: CEO, President, and Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our day-to-day success for our top-rated staffing resources company. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting payroll tasks, helping with onboarding, coordinating events, and keeping vendors (and our team, to be honest) on track. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
- Keep paychecks on point: Support payroll and operations by collecting hours and ensuring accurate data entry
- Make warm welcomes: Prepare, assemble, and ship new hire welcome boxes for shipment
- Keep things running like clockwork: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors such as cleaning services, parking facilities, and other office partners. (Will lead all office maintenance and appearance responsibilities.)
- Be the ultimate office MVP: Provide general administrative support, including:
- Event planning and coordination
- Running local errands as needed
- Mailing documents or materials in bulk
- Ordering office merchandise and supplies
- Handle the hustle: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks to support leadership and evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability and willingness to work onsite
- Dependable, flexible, and proactive work style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, data entry, and HR systems (such as ADP or similar platforms)
- Experience managing vendors and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
