Automation Control Room Administrator

BlueWave is hiring a fully remote Automation Control Room Administrator for a healthcare tech client with headquarters in Orlando, FL 32801. As an Automation Control Room Administrator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational elements of the automation team, ensuring that processes are completed on schedule, validating the output of automated processes, and submitting maintenance requests based on research & collaboration with team members across the organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage operational process delivery across the automation team inclusive of new projects and lines of business.

• Updating and Reviewing schedules based on volume and demand.

• Reviewing run time logs, failure logs and exception notices populated in production and researching next steps to resolve issues.

• Update server mapping files need for production-based runs.

• Updating Bot packages for production-based bots & testing to ensure no interruption to schedule.

• Complete pre and post-prep for Automation Run (Creating files, running queries, reviewing output for completion, QA spot check)

• Creating maintenance and bug tickets based on exception notices.

• Completing simple maintenance activities such as credential updates, two-factor prompts etc)

• Monitoring Operational Metrics for optimization and efficiency

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Excel Proficient

• Basic SQL Knowledge

• 3+ years prior experience with the Automation Anywhere platform

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience setting priorities and overseeing multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

• Prior experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
