HR Manager

BlueWave is hiring an HR Manager for an international truck dealership with headquarters in Nashville, TN 37189. As an HR manager,  you will be responsible for Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Payroll for company

• Benefits and 401K administration

• Talent acquisition and development

• Ensure all HR practices and policies are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Stay updated on labor legislation and inform the management team about changes that affect the workplace.

• Identify and track key HR metrics to inform leadership decisions.

• Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and posting job descriptions.

• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, evaluate applications, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.

• Manage onboarding procedures for new hires.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 4-5 years of overall HR experience

• Experience working with payroll

• Experience as  an HR generalist

• The ability to work hands-on

• Experience overseeing all of the day-to-day HR operations
