In this role, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to keep payroll running smoothly for a high-volume workforce. You’ll help ensure employee hours are collected, reviewed, reconciled, and processed accurately and on time. Because payroll for staffing is rarely boring, you’ll also navigate multiple clients, work locations, schedules, and timekeeping requirements.

Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident investigating payroll discrepancies. Just as importantly, we’re looking for a true team player who brings a positive attitude, jumps in when help is needed, and enjoys working with others to solve problems. In addition to owning key payroll responsibilities, you’ll assist with employee onboarding and other operational projects as our team and business continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations Manager to manage weekly payroll activities from start to finish.
• Collect, review, and validate employee timecards before deadlines.
• Process payroll accurately and on time— because payday is a pretty important day!
• Maintain organized and accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Support payroll across multiple clients with different schedules, requirements, and pay policies.
• Research payroll discrepancies and follow each issue through resolution.
• Assist with employee onboarding based on client-specific and company requirements.
• Help identify ways to improve workflows, controls, processes, and reporting.
• Pitch in with administrative and office needs when necessary, including vendor coordination, supply orders, mailings, and company events as part of the Operations Team.
• Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude and contribute to our supportive team culture.

• 2-3 years of payroll administration or payroll processing experience.
• Previous payroll experience within a staffing agency or similar high-volume environment.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and temporary employees.
• Experience using ADP; ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines, priorities, and employee populations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Experience with payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding and employment compliance processes.
• Experience working with internal team and temporary employees.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
• A sense of humor and the ability to stay positive in a deadline-driven environment.

• Act as the lead engineer/subject matter expert for managing steam turbine fleet assets
• Help with troubleshooting efforts of assets and equipment in fleet
• Lead RCA to provide suggestions on how to fix or improve assets
• Lead outage planning and support efforts
• Partner closely with OEMs to resolve complex technical issues
• Support young engineers on the team
• Travel to sites periodically, up to 30% a year maximum
• Good communication skills and presentation skills are a must

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 8-10+ years of experience in engineering
• Must have hands-on steam turbine experience

• Act as support engineer to Principal Engineer for managing gas turbine fleet assets
• Help with troubleshooting efforts of assets and equipment in fleet
• Lead RCA to provide suggestions on how to fix or improve assets
• Lead outage planning and support efforts
• Partner closely with OEMs to resolve complex technical issues
• Travel to sites periodically, up to 30% a year maximum
• Good communication skills and presentation skills are a must

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (ABET accreditation)
• 5+ years of experience in engineering
• Must have hands-on gas turbine experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing equipment from specification through production launch.
• Manage OEM suppliers, capital budgets, schedules, and equipment procurement.
• Lead equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, debugging, and buyoff activities.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, recipes, and production parameters.
• Own PFMEA, process documentation, work instructions, and quality plans.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, yield, OEE, and process capability.
• Coordinate with Controls, Facilities, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Manage engineering changes, project risks, and program milestones.

• Install/test electrical systems including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and grounding.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA standards (including LOTO and arc flash protocols)..

• Journeyman Electrician license with 2+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical systems
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, meggers, power quality analyzers, etc.)
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts when necessary
