BlueWave is hiring a Sr. .NET Developer for a healthcare tech company with headquarters in Orlando, FL 32801. This role involves collaborating with various teams to provide architectural lift, address scalability challenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural support and guidance on key projects.
Assist in the decoupling of databases and transitioning to microservices architecture.
Work closely with application teams to implement best practices for security, architecture, and scalability.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage a backlog of work, and work in an interrupt-driven environment.
Engage in collaborative development, including participating in team stand-ups, code reviews, and contributing to pull requests.
Advocate for and implement architectural patterns and practices that enhance system supportability.
Provide technical expertise on C#, SQL, microservices architecture, and related technologies.
Act as a self-starter and go-getter, addressing immediate issues and contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a full-stack development role.
Strong proficiency in C#, SQL, and microservices architecture.
Experience with tools like Swagger and understanding of recommended architecture patterns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage in hands-on development.
Comfortable with interrupt-driven work and taking ownership of tasks in a self-directed manner.
Architectural-mindedness with a focus on creating clean and maintainable solutions.
Familiarity with the complexities of large-scale databases and the ability to contribute to their decoupling.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members effectively.
