Sr. .NET Developer (App Architecture)

BlueWave is hiring a Sr. .NET Developer for a healthcare tech company with headquarters in Orlando, FL 32801. This role involves collaborating with various teams to provide architectural lift, address scalability challenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural support and guidance on key projects.

• Assist in the decoupling of databases and transitioning to microservices architecture.

• Work closely with application teams to implement best practices for security, architecture, and scalability.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage a backlog of work, and work in an interrupt-driven environment.

• Engage in collaborative development, including participating in team stand-ups, code reviews, and contributing to pull requests.

• Advocate for and implement architectural patterns and practices that enhance system supportability.

• Provide technical expertise on C#, SQL, microservices architecture, and related technologies.

• Act as a self-starter and go-getter, addressing immediate issues and contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a full-stack development role.

• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with tools like Swagger and understanding of recommended architecture patterns.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage in hands-on development.

• Comfortable with interrupt-driven work and taking ownership of tasks in a self-directed manner.

• Architectural-mindedness with a focus on creating clean and maintainable solutions.

• Familiarity with the complexities of large-scale databases and the ability to contribute to their decoupling.

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members effectively.
