BlueWave is hiring an Technical Project Manager for an entertainment/hospitality client with headquarters in Orlando, FL. As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:  Responsibilities:Â
Act as SME (subject matter expert) for large-scale show action equipment.
Review engineering packages for compliance and feasibility.
Oversee the overall strategy of show action equipment programs.
Provide strategic guidance in large machinery design within show action equipment.
Interface with theatre industry systems (flying rigs, moving stages), touring, oil, aerospace, and automation sectors.
 Requirements:Â
7–10 years of experience in program management, preferably with complex mechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and vendor oversight.
Ability to partner with engineers (more business/strategic focus than hands-on technical).
Experience in theatre, aerospace, touring, or similar industries.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
