Job Description

BlueWave is hiring a remote Demand Generation Marketing Manager for a healthcare SaaS client with headquarters in Atlanta, GA, 30033. As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will oversee managing and building lead generation channels sales pipeline and have a prominent role in overall revenue strategy. This role is a planner as well as a critical executioner. Reporting to the SVP of marketing, the Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy, developing messaging, and serving as a subject matter expert.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Marketing efforts for software products and services, including go-to-market via an understanding of industry factors, buyer personas, and competitive landscape. 

  • Proactively explore and test new campaign types, tactics, and strategies to create a system of continual optimization and improvement. 

  • Set quarterly and annual acquisition goals in collaboration with stakeholders. 

  • Channel Ownership: Create, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid social, display, remarketing, partners, and webinars 

  • Develop and manage the rollout of marketing materials. 

  • Identify the relevant market-facing positioning of key benefits with the purpose of providing education to sales, marketing, and other customer and prospect-facing assets. 

  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through account-focused marketing execution and management of campaigns that promote our products and/or services within a marketing-defined strategy. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise and content relative to our products and market. 

  • Work closely with Sales Development to acquire and manage high-quality prospect databases and develop effective outbound campaigns to these targets. 

 

Requirements:

  • Min 3-7 years experience in SaaS B2B Demand Gen 

  • Data-driven, analytical mindset to drive marketing insights and decisions 

  • Deep understanding of buyer lifecycle 

  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and analytics/optimization tools is a must. 

  • Ability to build and manage campaigns from both the strategic and tactical perspective 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing environment and lead and drive direction with cross-functional teams 

  • Basic understanding of marketing communication roles, functionality, and resources 

  • Ability to translate product and feature capabilities into easily understood messages that can be used for multiple purposes.

  • Ability to communicate product information in a concise and understandable manner that can be used by sales personnel to enhance their ability to sell. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multifaceted projects.

  • Ability to organize, lead, and facilitate group meetings 

  • Strong and confident leadership presence. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by being able to work with others, readily accepting constructive comments, and willingness to learn
