BlueWave is hiring a .NET Developer for a rapidly growing financial SaaS company. They are currently creating new web applications, services, and APIs in both Framework and Core as well as maintaining & upgrading legacy Framework-based systems to newer platforms. Their entire company is a strong practitioner of EOS "Traction" with a mature VTO, Quarterly Rocks, & weekly Level10 meetings for all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, contribute, and be productive in a small team environment with lots of autonomy; a motivated, self-starter.

• Work with the PM and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements and deliver solutions.

• Create and maintain both the .net framework and core web applications, services, and APIs for internal and external use.

• Build processes and services that connect internal processes and partners.

• Identify issues, propose and contribute solutions, and resolve them; a fearless problem solver.

• Be comfortable operating in multiple environments: dev/qa/stage/production with best practices for each.

• Handle both new blue sky development as well as maintain existing systems while looking for opportunities to improve them.

• Be able to learn and become productive with new tools and technologies as needed.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in C# & HTML

• Understanding of Net Framework, .Net Core, Web APIs, ASP.Net WebForms, and Web Applications

• Proficient in Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git

• Adept at Multi Branch/Merge with Distributed Source Control with a team using Git and GitFlow

• Continuous Integration

• Business/Functional Analysis

• Integration and Regression Testing

• Verbal + Written Communication

• Collaborative

• Scrum / Agile Development

• Data Analysis and Problem Solving
