BlueWave is currently looking for a Client Executive/Business Development person to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a proven successful sales record in the recruiting and staffing industry. They have the ability to manage and grow active accounts as well as pursue and on-board new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the BlueWave brand and best in class client services
  • Open communication with the recruiting team and leadership
  • Regularly research potential clients and job market
  • Attend networking/meetups in search of potential clients and candidates for openings.
  • Work in a fun, collaborative, fast paced work environment
  • Manage updates and postings on company social media
  • Develop a daily plan to execute on weekly goals
  • Analyze client requirements to understand the full picture of what type of candidate would match the skills needed
  • · Identify and pursue new business opportunities


Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • 2+ years in recruiting environment
  • Experience managing accounts  and activity in a CRM or ATS
  • Successful track record in managing and growing accounts
  • Ability to generate new business through warm leads and cold calling
  • Consultative sales experience with the strategic decision making ability
