Job Description

BlueWave is hiring a Digital Product Manager for a hospitality client based in Orlando, Florida. As Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of customer experiences across brand websites and mobile applications. You will connect marketing and technology teams while improving engagement, conversion, campaign performance, and overall platform health.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product roadmaps for brand websites and mobile applications
  • Translate marketing and brand priorities into digital features and enhancements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate digital requests across marketing, technology, analytics, search, email, media, and social teams
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with internal delivery teams and external service providers to execute digital initiatives
  • Use analytics and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Lead or support A/B testing and digital experimentation
  • Monitor website and application performance, speed, functionality, and overall health
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of critical digital issues and defects
  • Drive alignment among competing brand, technology, and performance priorities
  • Lead and develop direct reports as assigned

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or web and mobile platforms
  • Experience managing high-volume websites or mobile applications
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, technology, and external partner teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise web and mobile analytics platforms
  • Experience with content management and digital commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, tagging strategies, and campaign tracking
  • Experience using product and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and user-experience best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization platforms preferred
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer packaged goods, or agency experience preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire in Orlando, Florida; onsite Monday through Friday for the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid arrangement with two work-from-home days per week
Salary Range: $80,000–$85,000 annually
