BlueWave is hiring a BIM Manager for an enterprise entertainment client with headquarters in Orlando, FL 34747. As a BIM Manager you will be responsible for directing the process of virtually constructing a building as well as integrating the show and ride elements within the model.
Responsibilities:
Providing top-notch coordination leadership throughout the design phase of the project, given his/her model management and BIM planning expertise
Provide technical support during the construction phase in order to ensure the proper progress of the design intent.
Leverage the gap between modeling and integration and pull through to close out the phase of a project
Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop BIM execution plans for specific projects. This involves setting project milestones, timelines, and deliver
Overseeing the quality of BIM models and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
4-7 years of architectural design management process experience required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration and/or construction site management is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in turn-key projects while implementing the BIM coordination process is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment with working knowledge of design, entertainment, and show industry workflows, production cycles, and priorities preferred. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred familiarity with BIM 360 & Autodesk construction cloud
