BlueWave is seeking a Biller for an industry leading technology company based in Houston, TX 77306. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. As a Biller you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Verify billing data and ensure accuracy before processing.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and client accounts.
Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary billing information.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and collections.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred.
1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related field.
Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
