BlueWave is hiring a CEO to scale and grow a central Florida-based fully managed IT support company. The ideal candidate will be a sales-minded individual passionate about IT products and services who can develop and drive a roadmap to increase valuation and overall profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Create a roadmap to increase company valuation

• Identify and develop core growth opportunities within the company

• Identify new security products and services to market

• Develop a world-class sales team

• Build a team to support new products and services 

Requirements: 

• Experience in developing sales strategies and product marketing 

• Strong understanding of finance and performance management principles

• An entrepreneurial mindset with quality leadership skills

• Strong change management skills

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills

• Exposure to or experience in developing a company to be acquired

• Proven experience as a vice president, CEO, or in other leadership position

• Experience selling managed IT security, network, hosting, or development services is a plus
