BlueWave is seeking Customer Success professionals for a growing Healthcare Technology client of ours here in the Orlando Area. This person will be communicating directly with partners on a daily basis, resolving any issues and providing delightful customer service, all while increasing customer retention and adoption. You will be a champion for Company' s clients and help their businesses thrive by leveraging the company' s software platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management – truly take care of our customers, overseeing everything through the customer lifecycle
  • Build customer advocates – develop strategic client relationships and build a loyal client base that actively advocates for the company
  • Own customer retention – maintain a pulse on all client health statuses, and use tact and diplomacy to handle customer escalations of all kinds to ultimately defend company against churn
  • Increase customer adoption – develop a deep understanding of our clients (their industries, business goals, pain points, personality quirks) and conduct proactive outreach / check-ins to provide business analytics, suggest best practices, and promote unexplored modules within the company
  • Originate and implement Customer Success initiatives – leverage prior experiences and an entrepreneurial spirit to help us establish new best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' of customer-centric experience, phone support is preferred
  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise
  • Ability to diffuse problems and find solutions
  • Desire to grow and learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
