BlueWave is hiring a Customer Success Advocate for a healthcare technology company in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for delivering a memorable support experience to customers via
email, telephone, and live chat. 

Responsibilities:

  • The ability to accept someone’ s problem as your own and see that problem to completion

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a client support/representative role
  • Phone experience preferred
  • Cheery disposition and ability to stay positive with clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Passion for technology
  • Desire to grow and learn
