Customer Success Manager

BlueWave is hiring Customer Success Managers for a growing SaaS Sales Enablement team in the Orlando area. As a Customer Success Manager, you are someone that is passionate about a positive client experience and can ensure a long-term relationship with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Remedy inbound inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the client
  • Analyze and define the client needs, in order to assist them properly
  • Conduct proactive check-ins with existing clients to stay up-to-date on client health
  • Upselling current clients on company product offerings
  • Communicate with VP and C-level executives via virtual and in-person channels


Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise
  • Ability to diffuse problems and find solutions
  • Desire to grow and learn
  • Passion for technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
