BlueWave is hiring multiple Customer Support Specialists for a Saas company! This role  will be on the frontlines in assisting  clients when they run into issues. S/he will exercise world-class customer service and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Specific duties include:

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incoming client inquiries through verbal and written communication
  • Use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations and turn them into opportunities for superior customer service
  • Become technical experts of internal and competitor software systems
  • Ensure thorough diagnosis of underlying client issues – not stopping at the “ what”, but drilling down into the “ how” and “ why”
  • Educate customers on best practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Experience in a customer service/client-facing role
  • Phone experience preferred
  • You have a knack for figuring out technical issues
  • Ability to articulate problems and solve them
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective communicator
  • Desire to grow with a technology company
  • You value teamwork
