BlueWave is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for providing client support and ensure a positive user experience for all members, including resolving technical issues and problems relating to the product, account, or service.

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and close service ticket requests from clients
  • Maintain internal reporting and ticketing information
  • Act as the brand representative to resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Communicated via phone and email with clients


Requirements: 

  • Experience in a technical support role is preferred
  • Experience working in a Saas environment
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically working within a CRM and ticketing system
  • Passion for technology and start-up environments
