We are hiring a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Data Analyst for a healthcare technology company headquartered in Orlando, FL.
This role plays a key part in analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to derive insights and answer complex business questions.
- Analyze claims data and denial trends to improve revenue cycle processes.
- Implement and maintain robust reporting to measure key performance indicators.
- Work with internal analytics teams to refine existing reports and develop new reporting as needed.
- Develop data-driven tools to support claims processes and reduce manual work.
- Use data insights to optimize existing processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or data analytics.
- SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.
