Summary:
BlueWave is hiring for a Director of Inside Sales at a growing technology company in Orlando, FL. This person will be concentrating on developing and maintaining channel partnerships and helping create sales procedures across the organization. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of sales process including trainings, templates and documentations
  • Develop and manage channel partnership leads for the company
  • Implement strategic plans to penetrate new target markets
  • Aid in company revenue growth through contributing to closing sales numbers
  • Collaborate with marketing team for sales collateral
  • Lead the execution of new sales strategies for lead generation, campaigning, and retention
  • Manage communication across internal CRM platforms
  • Keep informed on local and national competitors 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' in sales management role, Saas preferred
  • 5+ years' in staff management
  • Ability to execute a strategy from beginning to end
  • Experience in financial industry preferred
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Passion for technology and start-up environments
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills

* What KPIs and conversion metrics did they look at? Why did they look at those specifically?

* Process driven (experience building scalable, repeatable, measurable sales processes)
