BlueWave is looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer for a SaaS company in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for someone who is sales minded, but has technical knowledge to learn and advance our software platform. 
Responsibilities:
  • Leading customer discovery (pre-sale) through workflow analysis, high level training, and onsite survey activities to uncover business challenges and optimize productivity
  • Outlining and setting proper expectations for implementation timeline, training, and data conversion
  • Managing the team to the leading indicators to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Demonstrating technical expertise in our software and QuickBooks, acting as a resource across the organization transferring knowledge and developing alternative workflows
  • Relaying product improvements, use cases, feature gaps, and customer requirements to the product team to lead to future development, higher customer satisfaction, and increased industry market share
Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of technical sales, support or services experience, closing experience preferrer
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational and customer service skills
  • Professional manner and self-presentation when face to face with customers and partners
  • Ability to occasionally travel for on-site demonstrations, events, implementations, and other duties
  • Open to travel up to 75%
