BlueWave is hiring for Inside Sales Representatives to join a rapidly expanding sales team in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for full-cycle, B2B sales on company technology solutions. This person will be a strong sales hunter, with a dynamic personality, and ability to close a high level sale.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate qualified business leads
  • Client discover to uncover need and provide suggestions for appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with potential clients answering questions on the features and functionality of the software
  • Generate and qualify new leads by conducting high-volume interactions with prospects
    • Cold Calling
    • Email
    • Live Chat
  • Schedule online demonstrations for potential customers with one of our Account Executives
  • Communicate effectively the benefits of the software to new prospects

Requirements:
  • Ability to articulate product offerings clearly to a prospective client
  • Experience working with a CRM or similar platform
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Persistent, organized and highly motivated
  • Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’ s degree is a plus
