BlueWave is hiring an Integrations Operations Analyst for a healthcare-based tech company with headquarters in Orlando. As an integrations operations analyst, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and exceptional customer experience by connecting electronic health info and the company’s system.

Clearly communicate project and issue status and expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
Establish effective customer and vendor relationships, always respectful yet able to influence successful outcomes.
Work with the interfaces team (developers, product, QA, ops), vendors, and external stakeholders to establish achievable implementation plans, then execute plans to meet targets.
Build process frameworks that enable scalable delivery to customers, with a focus on innovating through automated tools.
Balance several projects in parallel and help the team to focus on the most important projects as determined by product priority and vendor availability.
2-3 years of experience delivering technical implementations to customers (internal and external).
Experience working with data integration systems, including supporting data integration issues.
Orchestrate customer go-lives by facilitating data extractions from their EHR systems and validating data integrity.
Diagnose and solve customer integration issues as they arise, using a primary toolset of SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Application Insights, and iNTERFACEWARE Iguana integration engine.
