Job Description

BlueWave is hiring a Technical Lead .NET Software Developer for a healthcare technology company focused on optimizing inventory management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-quality software, fostering a collaborative team culture, and solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Define and develop scalable solutions for inventory management with a focus on operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the technical design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality.
  • Design scalable and high-performance domain architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance inventory management solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical lead managing software development teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level .NET applications.
  • Proficiency in .NET/C# and MS-SQL Server for service-based application development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for understanding business processes and improving software solutions.
  • Proven ability to own the full software development lifecycle—from design to production.
  • Willingness to mentor and support junior developers.
