Job Description

BlueWave is hiring a remote Manager of Channel Partners and Alliances for a healthcare tech company with headquarters in Atlanta, GA 30338. This role will be responsible for both the acquisitions of new referral and reseller partners as well as partner activation programs that generate revenue. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners

  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success

  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts

  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions

  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts

  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives

  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue

  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel

  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.

  • Track record of successful partner programs that result in revenue generation.

  • Have carried and exceeded quota in an enterprise environment.

  • Experience with a data-driven sales process, including pipeline management.

  • Proven success working and managing in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.

  • Ability to speak with executives of partners, managers (sales/customer success/account management), and individual reps at partner organizations

  • Comfort using a CRM (eg. Hubspot) and partner tools (eg. Crossbeam)
