BlueWave is hiring a Manager of Customer Success for an incredible  Saas company in the Fort Myers area. This person will be responsible for leading the Customer Success Team, through mentorship and coaching. They  will be measured on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, customer retention and customer reference-ability.  Ultimately, ensuring the longevity  and happiness of existing  clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a pulse on all client health statuses and use tact and diplomacy to defend  against churn.
  • Optimize processes and bring expertise in originating, planning, and executing on Customer Success initiatives.
  • Drive customer adoption by devloping a deep understanding of clients and conduct proactive outreach / check-ins to provide business analytics and suggest best practices.
  • Develop strategic client partnerships and build a loyal client base
  • Own KPI reporting, coach and advise your team on meeting targets and report team performance 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree – business or technology degrees preferred.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in customer success role, preferably  Saas
  • Experience leading a team is preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with wide range of personalities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Technical aptitude – quick to develop a deep understanding of new software.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
