BlueWave is hiring multiple Patient Success Coordinators for a healthcare client in Greater Atlanta area. The Patient Success Coordinator assists patients, management, & physicians with answering inbound calls from patients needing assistance for scheduling, canceling, rescheduling, & questions while maintain company standards for proper protocol and patient care.   He/She also makes outbound calls as needed for various campaigns and business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle All Inbound Calls
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all  constituencies including prospective patients, patients, family members, referring providers, external medical professionals, and all internal employees
  • Identify the need of the patient and direct them to the correct person and/or department
  • Schedule new patients and current patients’ appointments/procedures
  • Cancel/Reschedule appointments and procedures
  • Send emails and telephone encounters to Doctors/Physician Assistants/Nurses/Medical Assistants when patients call with questions, needs, or request
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Make sure that every patient is well informed
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' in a call center environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions
  • Positive demeanor and desire to help others
  • Passionate about healthcare
