BlueWave is hiring a Product Manager for an enterprise client with headquarters in Orlando, FL 34747. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the content management process. You will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of content-related tools and systems, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product roadmap for content management systems.
Gather and prioritize user requirements, translating them into detailed specifications for development.
Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track progress, identify and mitigate potential issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to enhance the user interface and overall user experience of content management tools.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals.
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to content management, CMS, and UI/UX to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proficiency with project management tools, including Jira.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience in content operations.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to work effectively with UI/UX designers.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
