BlueWave is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for a technology company in Orlando, FL. This role with responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, qualifying them, and discovering their painpoints and needs. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop  new prospects, primarily via the telephone
  • Interact  with existing referral relationships primarily by phone to increase sales of an organization’ s products and/or services
  • Partner with outside Business Development Officers
  • Work  within a defined set of telephone sales metrics: calls per day, average call time, new accounts generated, account penetration, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Experience in a phone sales environment, preferably in software or B2B
  • Ability to communicate effectively 
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
  • Ability to identify problems and client needs
  • Experience performing a variety of tasks that require one to be strong in problem identification/solving, initiative driven and self-motivated
  • Experience working in a metrics driven telephone sales role (Call Time, Talk Time, dials per hour/day, close rate, etc.)
  • Passion for start-up environments
  • Strong capability with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment in a fast paced energetic culture
