The social media manager will be responsible for leading and executing social content marketing strategies that engage existing and potential patients as well as internal staff. He/She will own the social editorial calendar across various platforms and audiences. The manager will also track and communicate performance to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement best in class social media strategies including paid and organic
• Generate new patient leads from social content including phone calls or form submissions
• Identify target audiences (internal and external) and craft specific campaigns for each

• Solicit and manage online physician reviews on relevant social platforms and industry sites
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media campaigns
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
• Exceptional social media skills and strategic ability to build a brand following
• Experience with social and content analytic tools
• Creative prowess with ability to position any topic in an engaging manner
• Superior communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with basic photo editing software
• Knowledge of blogging platforms including Wordpress
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and collaborative personality
• Ability to analyze data and adapt daily strategy accordingly
• Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited university
