Technical Project Manager

BlueWave is hiring a Technical Project Manager for an global enterprise client with headquarters in Orlando, FL 32801. In this role you will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering technology projects. You will work with an extensive range of stakeholders, be required to navigate ambiguous situations, and partner effectively across teams to deliver critical projects and programs. This role includes all aspects of project planning including dependency and risks/issues management. You will provide project leadership to one or more teams and have experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

Responsibilities:

• Program and Project manage various initiatives within across multiple teams, responsible for building and maintaining alignment, keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas, and quick iteration to make a significant impact

• Take a hands-on and proactive approach to unblock progress and introduce efficiencies

• Employ robust communication strategies to establish effective partnerships providing clear and crisp transparency to the status and progress of initiatives at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience in project or program management in a cloud organization with a focus on internal business systems (for example Salesforce.com, Workday, Anaplan, etc)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Fundamental IT Project Management skills; which includes strong experience working hand-in-hand with business systems’ technical owners, configuration administrators, software engineers, configuration administrators, quality and test engineers, and/or business process owners

• Self-starter – the ability to work well in an ambiguous and constantly changing, fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree

• Training in Agile and Scrum
