BlueWave is hiring a Tier 2 Tech Support for a healthcare company in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for supporting all internal users (~500)

Responsibilities:
  • Support internal staff and resolve all technical escalations from Tier 1
  • Handle inventory management and tracking of all PCs, laptops, cable, and additional IT equipment
  • Support both laptop and desktop users
  • Troubleshoot software, including MS Office, Adobe product, Office 365, etc.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' in technical support
  • Experience working within internal user support
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in Adobe products, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficient in supporting Outlook and other Office 365 products
  • Experience supporting Windows software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Exposure to SAP is preferred
  • Experience using ticketing systems, preferably Service Desk
